Hugo and Nebula Award Winners on Kindle

This page will be a periodically updated list of all Hugo and Nebula Award winning novels, the year they won, and their current availability on the Kindle. Please feel free to send me updates whenever something changes. A number of Hugo or Nebula award winners are back available on the Kindle since I updated this list in June. These are:
  • Powers by Ursula Le Guin
  • Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke
  • Green Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson
  • A Fire Upon the Deep by Vernor Vinge
  • The Healer's War by Elizabeth Ann Scarborough
  • Timescape by Gregory Benford
  • Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes
  • Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein
  • Starship Troopers by Robert A. Heinlein
And a few are available for preorders:
  • Doomsday Book by Connie Willis
  • Stations of the Tide by Michael Swanwick
  • Hyperion by Dan Simmons
Fortunately, we haven't lost availability on many. Only The Uplift War and Startide Rising by David Brin and They'd Rather be Right by Clifton & Riley are no longer available. Slow steady progress! The following table reflects Kindle availability as of December 30, 2010. (Update: Rainbow's End is now available on Kindle as of March 28, 2011, and all the above preorders are available.)
